1950 – Summer Chennault CIA and China. CAT Civil Air Transport. Air America grew and was used by the CIA for 25 years. 1990-91 – General Khun Sa, warlord in Burma controlled 80% of the regions opium trade. In 1990 he was indicted in the US on federal drugs charges but remained a fugitive. In Mid 1991 he had deposited about $300 million in BCCI. The money was fed from Taiwan and Hong Kong.
